Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

• The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions. • London vehicle tax is included in the price. No hidden charges. • Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable. • Last minute vehicle upgrades may not be possible. Therefore contact the supplier directly to discuss any excess luggage details. • Waiting charges: 30 minutes free waiting time available from the time you request your pick up time. Thereafter £15.00 charge applies for every additional 15 minutes. • Waiting charges ,  last minutes vehicle upgrade charges or Christmas day, Boxing day, New years day 50% surcharge is payable to driver as a cash payment. • Inform the supplier age of the children traveling with you in order us to provide a free baby seat or booster seat for the duration of the travel. • Please make sure to book correct vehicle type.
