Visit a De Palm Tours desk at least 24 hours before tour time to confirm the check-in time of the tour. Our Hotel Sales Desks hours of operations are from 8:00am - 12:00pm and 1:00pm - 5:00pm. Caution: please be sure to read posted water slide rules. Pregnant women and persons with heart conditions or back problems should not ride the slides. All individuals listed on this booking are required to present a valid, form of identification upon check‑in with De Palm Tours. Guests who are unable to provide the required identification might not be permitted to participate in the scheduled tour or activity.
