*CRUISE SHIP CUSTOMERS* IF YOU BOOK PICK-UP, we have one (1) pick-up time: between 9am - 9:15am. This allows us time for pit stops and matching you to the best horse for your ability before our scheduled ride. If you miss the pick-up window, you are responsible for making your way to the horseback ride point. Otherwise, your reservation will be cancelled and non-refundable. Cross the pedestrian bridge and look for a tall, terracotta-colored building. Hotel Mision Santa Isabel is to the right, with charming Spanish-style architecture. Cross the street to the sidewalk between the two buildings, where we'll be waiting near the center stairway.
