When the shared ATV option is selected, participants ride two guests per ATV. If the number of travelers in the booking is uneven and one guest is left without a riding partner, that person must use a single ATV. The individual ATV upgrade will be charged directly at check-in.

The meal included in this experience consists of one Mexican dish chosen from the à la carte options available on the day of the tour. This meal is part of the regular service and cannot be modified for dietary needs, allergies, food restrictions, or personal preferences.

Pets and companion animals are not allowed on this tour. For safety and operational reasons, guests may not bring animals on the transportation or into any part of the experience.

To help preserve the cenote’s natural water, guests who plan to swim must avoid entering with body products such as sunscreen, insect repellent, creams, lotions, oils, or similar substances.

Travelers should not bring luggage on this excursion. Only small personal belongings, compact bags, or small backpacks are permitted. The transportation units are used for passenger movement throughout the operation and may continue serving the route during the day. For this reason, they cannot be used to store, guard, or monitor suitcases, large bags, or extra belongings.

Each ATV may carry no more than 2 travelers.

Guests who wish to drive an ATV must be at least 16 years old and must present a valid permit or driver’s license.

For safety reasons, weight limits apply to certain activities. The maximum permitted weight is 110 kg for the zipline circuit and 120 kg for horseback riding.
