Redemption Instructions

Ticket Redemption & Check-in: Please present your mobile voucher to the guide at the meeting point for check-in. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before departure time. Late Arrival & No-Show Policy: The tour departs strictly at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may miss the tour and will be considered a no-show. No refunds or rescheduling will be provided for missed departures.

Pickup Information

Hotel pick-up is included within central Porto (only for options that include pick-up). Please provide your accommodation details at checkout. If your location is outside the pick-up area, we will suggest a convenient nearby meeting point. Pick-up starts at approximately 7:45 AM and may take up to 30 minutes depending on your location. You will receive the exact pick-up time and details on the day before your tour. Please be ready at the scheduled time, as delays may affect the experience for other guests.
