We have the best security team for each of the activities and certified guides that accompany you step by step in this adventure, in addition, our hygiene protocols comply with all standards to ensure the health of our visitors.

Pickup Information

We offer pick up from hotel at Cancun and Puerto Morelos the pick up time will be confirmed based on your hotel name, please inform us your hotel name after submit. Please wait in the hotel lobby 5 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. We pickup in the majority of hotels that have a designed tour pickup area. For residential area, boutique hotels,, airbnbs , downtown hotels or similar, we will assign a meeting point.
