1. We will start the tour next to the impressive Portuguese Synagogue. One of Amsterdams most beautiful buildings. We will learn about the history of this museum that is still in use for the Jewish community of Amsterdam

2. We start the tour nearby the Jewish Historical Museum. We will see the 4 Jewish synagogues of the Museum. Pass by without entering

3. Hear the story about the february strike against the Nazi occupation in 1941
Duration: 10 mins
4. We will pass the beautiful Hortus Botanicus.
5. The Memorial of Auschwitz in the beautiful Wertheimpark

6. Wander through the famous Plantage neighborhood. The most beautiful part of the canal district.

7. We are passing one of the oldest botanical gardens, the Hortus Botanicus in Amsterdam.

12. We will take you to the Anne Frank House and show it from the outside. You will hear of the relationship between the secret annex, the local neighbourhood and the nearby Westerkerk. The Anne Frank House is a museum with a story. You then go inside the house for an unguided tour. If you book 7 weeks or more in advance we will have tickets to visit the Anne Frank House. If tickets are not available anymore, we will take you 'inside' the house via a virtual reality simulation, which is included in the price as an alternative option.
