Pickup Information

Passengers must provide a valid WhatsApp number with their country code at the time of booking to ensure smooth communication. On the day of pick-up, the guide will contact you via message or phone call when they are approaching your hotel or meeting point to coordinate the service efficiently. If your pick-up is scheduled from a hotel located within the historic center, we kindly ask that you remain inside the property (such as the lobby or reception area) and do not wait outside, for your comfort and safety.
