Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

Once we receive your booking we will schedule your pick up time according to your hotel location and will send the confirmation along with the pick up time and place that driver will meet you.

Pickup Information

Transportation is included from the majority of the Hotels located in the tourist area of Los Cabos. If you dont find your hotel please let us know the name of the Hotel you will be staying in order for us to confirm if transportation is provided or we will provide you directions to the tour location. Please note transportation are from Hotels located on tourist areas, not vacation rentals, condos or private houses. Please do not send us a hotel name if you are not a guest of it, because due to local regulations we can't pick you up from street, only by main lobby of hotels. Let us know where you are staying and we will advise you the closest pick up location.
