Pickup Information

If you book the option HIKING TOUR from the NORTH ,it includes transfer from the northern part of Tenerife, starting from Garachico to Bajamar. The northern Tenerife departure with included transport runs exclusively on Wednesdays and Sundays. ✅✅✅ When booking a PRIVATE TOUR, transfer/pickup is available from any location on Tenerife. To ensure we can locate you efficiently and maintain a smooth schedule for all guests, we kindly request that after booking, you send us the precise location of your hotel or apartment via WhatsApp. The most helpful way to do this is by providing a Google Maps link or dropping a pin on the map. If you do not have your accommodation confirmed at the time of booking, please ensure you send us these necessary details as soon as possible once they are known. We meticulously organize the route based on the locations of all our guests, and we will confirm your exact pick-up time and specific meeting point no later than the evening before the tour. Please be advised that on the morning of the tour, your driver may send a short WhatsApp update regarding any timing or location adjustments necessitated by traffic or road conditions. Finally, we ask that you be present at the designated pick-up point 5 minutes before the scheduled time, as regulations in various areas often limit our waiting or parking duration.
