After booking, travelers will receive an email with an access code and a link to download the travel app (available on iOS and Android). Once activated, the access code unlocks the experience and provides full instructions. Travelers can start the tour anytime and from anywhere in Amsterdam — whether at a hotel, train station, or walking through the city. No guide, no time constraints — just open the app and begin your journey.
