Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Redemption Instructions

You need to bring: - Comfortable clothing for riding - Closed-toe shoes (no sandals; riding boots are not necessary with our stirrups) - Warm clothing (better to be prepared) - Sunglasses - Sun hat - Sunscreen - Water bottle (ideally reusable) Hotel pick-ups begin 30 to 60 minutes before the tour start time. The exact pick-up time will be confirmed upon reconfirmation

Pickup Information

For private rides, we offer pickup directly from your accommodation (airport area not included, available at an additional cost). For group rides, pickup is available in Las Condes, Providencia, and Lastarria. If you are staying outside these areas, we will ask you to meet at the closest pickup point along the route. This will be confirmed one day prior to your experience. *This is a relaxed-paced experience. For safety reasons and trail conditions, galloping is not part of the activity. *Horseback rides with guests under 18 years old are available in private format only.
