If you cancel at least 6 full day(s) before the scheduled departure time, you will receive a full refund.<br>If you cancel between 2 and 6 day(s) before the scheduled departure time, you will receive a 50% refund.<br>If you cancel within 2 day(s) of the scheduled departure, you will receive a 0% refund.

• Cruise itinerary and schedule are subject to change due to weather, tide levels and operating conditions without prior notice. Swimming or kayaking excursions may be cancelled due to poor weather. • Meals on board are fusion: Vietnamese, seafood & international. Guests should advise of any special food preferences, allergies or dietary requirements at least one (01) week prior to the cruise date. • Advance registration is required with your full name, date of birth, nationality, gender, passport number and visa expiration date for all passengers. A valid passport is required upon check-in. Otherwise, boarding may be denied by port authority. • Wi-Fi is available onboard free of charge in the terrace deck. However, regular interruption is expected due to nature of internet signal at sea. • A current valid passport is required on the day of travel • You MUST confirm and obtain any visa requirements prior to border crossing. All visa requirements are the sole responsibility of the traveler • All adult prices are applied for group with even numbers of pax (for example 02, 04, 06...) only. Single supplement will be applied to the odd one out if groups have odd numbers of pax (contact The Au Co Cruises for details). • Seaplane Tour option Cancellation/ Change: Should it become necessary for you to cancel or change the booking of any tour option which includes seaplane transportation, the terms and conditions for cancellation or change of seaplane ticket(s) will be applied strictly following the cancellation and change policy of Hai Au Aviation specified at www.seaplanes.vn/en/about-us/conditions-of-carriage.html All flight times are approximate and subject to change due to weather conditions and weight restrictions. Hotel pickups commence prior to this time, you must contact the local service provider to verify your exact pickup time. Times are subject to change due to local traffic conditions.

Pickup Information

Only pick up guests who choose the package Deluxe Cabin/Executive Cabin With Transfer. Our transfer has a fixed location for pick-up in the Hanoi Old Quarter Area only. If your current hotel location is not in our pick-up area so here are my options: 1. Please choose a new hotel location in the Old Quarter Area 2. If not possible, please catch a taxi from your location to our pick-up point at Ha Noi Opera House at 8:30 AM Kindly let me know your decision when you have the time.
