• If flight and hotel information were not supplied at time of booking you MUST contact My Sedan on +1- 212-434-0400 or reservations@mysedan.com to provide these details, quoting your reference number. If this information is not advised, no transfer service will be booked. • My Sedan offers a reliable transfer service 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. Should for any reason you encounter difficulty in locating your driver at your departure point, please call My Sedan's 24-hour Call Center on +1-212 434 0400. The My Sedan agent will stay on the phone until contact is established between you and your driver. Failure to undertake these steps may result in your transfer being canceled and refunds will not apply. • Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable • Surcharges will apply for multiple pickup stops Opening hours are: 00:00 - 24:00 Monday to Sunday
