Please go to Pier 33 (Alcatraz Landing) approximately 30 minutes before your departure time. Boarding will begin 15 minutes prior. Make sure you have the QR codes that will be sent the day before and go directly to the boarding line (not the ticket line).
Redemption Instructions
You will receive your Alcatraz ticket by email before your tour along with a link for the companion audio guide Bring headphones and a fully charged smartphone Please arrive at Pier 33 (Alcatraz Landing) at least 30 minutes before the departure time and proceed directly to the boarding line with the QR codes that will be sent to you the day before.
