If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund. • If you will not be arriving at your destination within the specified reconfirmation period, please reconfirm with the local service provider prior to travel, or upon arrival at your destination. Please note that departure times and locations may vary slightly • Minimum drinking age is 18 years • The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions • Children must be accompanied by an adult • Refunds will not be issued if tour/activity is missed due to late or non-arrival of cruise ship • Subject to favorable weather conditions. If canceled due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date or if the company cancels the tour before the departure time, 100% refund. • Wheelchair accessible - if assistance is required, tour operator is unable to assist passengers boarding and disembarking due to insurance regulations • A minimum of 12 people is required to open the tour • Vegetarian option is available, please advise at time of booking if required • Please advise any specific dietary requirements at time of booking. Pickup Information

Please provide hotel name or private rental where you will be staying to confirm pick up time at least 12 hours before the activity. Please note that Transportation is ONLY included in the price shown for Manuel Antonio area. If you are staying outside of Manuel Antonio transportation can be arrange for extra cost if you need it. PLEASE BE PUNCTUAL FOR PICK UP. Be ready if possible couple minutes before. We have a 5 minutes wait tolerance, if you are not ready after that the transportation will move on for the next pick up location on our list and you will need to find your own way to the Marina in Quepos.
