Redemption Instructions

This is a 10 hour Tour from the moment you meet your hotel or private to the moment he drops you back to your chosen drop off location. on an average you will spend 8 hours visiting the sites and the rest of the time spent on the journeys from one place to another. If there is time available, then you will spend those on a panoramic tour of the towns you will be visiting. *This Ticket is not a pass to any sites. *Your Passes will be sent to you soon after you book your tour • Tours includes entrance fees. Panoramic tour with historic highlights and luxurious transport to and from the sites visited but are not accredited tour guides. The tour descriptions are suggested itineraries, the passengers may visit any other sites within the tour areas that they may wish to visit, time permitting. The driver will discuss any specific requests with passengers on the day. Blue badge accredited guides are available upon request (subject to availability and additional costs). Soon after we receive your booking, we will have your Passes ready. Once you book your tour, we will contact you to go through all the places that you would like to visit, so that we can plan your day ahead, and you get the most out of your time with us. This tour allows you to see all the iconic sites in London and also visit most of them time permitting. All Tours are carried out by Professional drivers with many years’ experience. All drivers and vehicles are Licenced and regulated by TFL Transport for London. We only use latest model Executive vehicles.

Pickup Information

Pick-Up and Drop-Off Information This tour includes complimentary pick-up and drop-off service. We will collect you from your hotel or private address and return you to the same location at the end of the tour, unless you advise us otherwise. There is no additional charge for this service. Hotel Pick-Up: Please wait in the hotel lobby at the scheduled pick-up time. Your driver will come inside to meet you. Private Address Pick-Up: Please wait outside the main entrance of the property at the scheduled pick-up time. If your hotel is not listed during the booking process, please inform us at the time of booking or send us an email after your reservation is confirmed, and we will arrange your pick-up accordingly. If you do not yet have your pick-up details at the time of booking, please provide them at least 12 hours before the tour start time, or as soon as they become available.
