Ticket Redemption Information Mandatory Ticket Redemption Before boarding the catamaran, you must exchange your Viator voucher for a physical ticket at our ticket booth. Where to Redeem Your Ticket: Redeem your voucher at the Oceanix Cancún ticket booth, located at Playa Tortugas. Address: Blvd. Kukulcán, Zona Hotelera, 77500 Cancún, Q.R., Mexico How to Get There: If You Are Arriving by Public Transportation: Take the R-1 or R-2 bus heading toward Cancún’s Hotel Zone. Ask the driver to stop at Playa Tortugas. Once you get off, walk approximately 2 minutes to the Oceanix ticket booth located at the main entrance of the beach. If You Are Arriving by Car: Playa Tortugas offers parking (subject to availability). We recommend arriving 30 minutes before your tour to redeem your tickets without any rush. Important Recommendations: Have your Viator voucher ready, either printed or digital, for validation. Arrive with enough time to secure your spot on the tour.
