Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Redemption Instructions

Once you book your tour, you will receive a digital confirmation ticket. It is important you show this confirmation the day of your tour. Please bring your booking reservation and your ID. The schedules vary according to the hotel, our representative will indicate the exact pick up time via mail or via text message. Please consider transportation times for your pick up and drop off. Remember that you can only drive an ATV if you are over 18 years old and above. If you are not coming in pairs please reserve 2 bookings, one for 2 people in double service and 1 for 1 person in single service, if you book 1 double service for 3 people or odd group you will be asked to pay a difference when boarding only for one person who will have to go in simple service. Remember that the weight limit is 300 pounds for ATVS and 270 pounds for ziplines. If you exceed this limit you won't be able to enter to the activity.

Pickup Information

Is your hotel not on the list? No worries! Just let us know where you're staying, and we'll arrange a special meeting point for you. Our friendly team will be in touch to confirm the details and pick-up time. We offer two tour schedules to suit your preferences. For the morning tour, pick-up times are between 8:00 to 8:30 am for Cancun and Playa del Carmen, and 7:00 to 8:00 am for Tulum. Arriving at the park around 9:30 am guarantees a full day of fun! Prefer a noon adventure? We've got you covered! Pick-up times for Cancun and Playa del Carmen are between 12:00 to 12:30 pm, and for Tulum between 11:00 am to 12:00 pm. Arrive at the park by 1:30 pm and dive right into the excitement! Our representative will provide the exact pick-up time via email or text message. If you're staying in Tulum, our special meeting point is at the Super Aki Tulum Supermarket downtown. Just remember to account for transportation times when planning your pick-up and drop-off.
