Redemption Instructions

Please read the seasonal pickup schedule below carefully before your tour. Afternoon pickup times vary throughout the year according to the sunset time in Utah. The time displayed on your booking confirmation is not your final hotel pickup time. Your exact pickup time depends on the season and sunset time and will be confirmed by us after your booking. The afternoon tour is scheduled around sunset to provide the best experience, lighting, and photography conditions. Because sunset times change throughout the year, pickup times also change seasonally. • Please arrive 10 minutes before your confirmed pickup time and have your Viator booking confirmation ready (mobile or printed). • Your tour will be operated exclusively in our distinctive silver Mercedes Sprinter, which will meet you at your confirmed pickup location. • The driver will verify your booking and welcome you aboard. No additional tickets are required. Hotel Pickup Schedule Morning Tour Pickup: 8:00–8:30 AM Afternoon / Sunset Tour March–October: Pickup 3:00–3:30 PM October–February: Pickup 1:00–1:30 PM Pickup Confirmation After your booking, we will contact you to confirm your exact pickup time and pickup location. If you do not see a convenient pickup location during booking, please let us know. We can also arrange pickup directly from your accommodation in Salt Lake City or Utah County, whenever possible. Pickup Information

Our guide will pick you up directly from your selected hotel or designated pickup point in our distinctive silver Mercedes Sprinter. Please be ready at least 5 minutes before your confirmed pickup time. Important: Afternoon pickup times vary throughout the year according to the sunset time in Utah, allowing you to enjoy the best lighting and scenery during the tour. Seasonal Afternoon Pickup Schedule • March–October: 3:00–3:30 PM • October–February: 1:00–1:30 PM The time displayed on your booking confirmation may differ from your final hotel pickup time. After your booking is confirmed, we will contact you with your exact pickup time and location based on the seasonal schedule. If your hotel or accommodation is not listed, please contact us after booking. We can often arrange pickup from other locations within Salt Lake City or Utah County.
