Redemption Instructions

The Upper Düden Waterfall is not included in the cable car tour itinerary. The order of our tour program may change depending on the density of the points we will stop at. The boat tour is not included in the cable car program. However, guests who wish to join can purchase tickets from our guides for an additional fee.

Pickup Information

Our guests are picked up sequentially from their respective accommodation areas and transported by our guide to the meeting point at the waterfall.
