Redemption Instructions

When confirming the reservation, contact our attendants to inform the hotel and room number that you will be staying in so that we can define the local departure time. Pickup Information

When confirming your Reservation, please contact our staff so that we can inform you about your check-in time at your hotel. Each hotel has a specific time to board. Places of embarkation: South zone: Leblon, Ipanema, Copacabana, Leme, Botafogo, Flamengo, Catete and Glória (some streets restricted due to traffic). Downtown Rio de Janeiro (we do not board in the port area and in the high of Santa Teresa). Barra da Tijuca : Av. Lúcio Costa from the Riale Brisa Barra Hotel towards Leblon.
