Overview
Join us for a unique day trip from Athens to Meteora, designed as a comfortable premium roadtrip experience — not just a simple bus transfer. Unlike typical tours stopping at crowded highway service stations, we enjoy relaxing seaside stopovers in Kamena Vourla at the beachfront Camino Beach Bar for optional brunch and dinner by the sea. In Meteora, an expert local English-speaking Tour Leader shares the history and hidden stories of this UNESCO World Heritage Site throughout the journey and panoramic stops. Visit inside 3 monasteries (entrance fees not included), enjoy photo stops at all 6 monasteries, and discover the hermit caves of Badovas. Inside the monasteries, visits are self-guided with a smart multilingual audio guide featuring 21 points of interest, offline access, and interactive maps. Optional traditional Greek lunch at Efrosino Restaurant in Kastraki is included when selected.
