Redemption Instructions

For this tour we have meeting points in Cancún, people who are in hotels where we do not provide pick-ups (dowtown hotels and Airbnb´s). Please contact the customer service of the tour operator to check if we can pick you up or if we will offer you a meeting point. One our agents will send you a bording pass that you need to print to board your transportation. Please, in case you will go to a meeting point, confirm the location, since you cannot arrive on your own and board the transportation without warning and without having the Boarding Pass that the tour operator will send you.

Pickup Information

Meeting points for travelers that are in downtown hotels and Airbnb’s or any location that we can't reach: Cancún Meeting Point: Marina Puerto Cancún (mall) Puerto Morelos Meeting Point: Hacienda Morelos The pickup time is set according to your location and start at 08:00 am, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as possible, otherwise we will not be able to provide the service.
