Pickup Times Pickup times are standardized for all hotels and the cruise terminal: Pickup Location: OUTSIDE the lobby area or security gate of the hotel Morning tours: between 8:15 AM – 8:30 AM Afternoon tours: between 1:45 PM – 2:00 PM Cruise Ship Guests Pickup Location: Outside the cruise terminal, in front of the Citgo gas station Morning Tour Pickup: Between 8:15 AM and 8:30 AM (local time) Afternoon Tour Pickup: Between 1:45 PM and 2:00 PM (local time) Important: Please be outside and ready within your designated time frame. If you are not present when transportation arrives, the vehicle will depart, and you will need to make your own way to our office by taxi to join the tour.
