Meeting and Pickup
Cafe Piramide, when facing the Piramide metro (Line B – the blue line) stop on your right hand side is the cafè, just in view of the train tracks and the exit from the trains. You can recognize the cafè by the white umbrellas on the tables outside.
Redemption Instructions
• Please be at the meeting point 15 minutes prior to the departure time • Children under the age of 18 might be requested to show their ID card at the entrance of the site, so please bring it with you on the tour. • Our City Wonders guides will have a City Wonders sign with the name of the tour at the meeting point for easy recognition. • At the end of the tour you have the option to remain at Ancient Ostia, explore the city of Ostia or even explore the nearby beach. The tour includes the train ticket back to Rome and you can choose to return with the guide or head back on your own. • Comfortable shoes are recommended. • Not wheelchair accessible • Please note that, for those who want to spend the rest of the day in relax, there is a beach near Ostia Antica, which can be visited unaccompanied after the tour. Your City Wonders guide will give directions to go to the beach • While our day trips are typically of a fixed duration, external factors may occasionally extend tour times slightly. We appreciate your understanding and planning as we strive to provide you with the best possible experience. • Gratuities for your guide/driver that provided excellent service are appreciated!
