Redemption Instructions

Hello and Pura Vida. Thank you for booking your ATV or UTV Off-Road Adventure with 506 Transfers & Tours. My name is Sebastian Alfaro, your reservations agent, here to ensure your experience is pleasant, safe, and unforgettable. Tours are scheduled for 9:00 AM, 12:00 PM, and 3:00 PM. Pickup is 30–45 minutes before tour time if you stay near Tamarindo, Playa Grande, JW Marriott, or Flamingo. Riu Hotel Guests: Please wait in the lobby one hour before the tour starts. Exact time confirmed the day prior. Please be ready on time. This is a shared service, so punctuality is key. Missed pickup is non-refundable. If staying at Airbnb or private rental, send us your location link. For gated communities like Hacienda Pinilla or Reserva Conchal, we will send driver and plate details the day before. Reach us on WhatsApp at +506-8800-0506. We recommend downloading WhatsApp for reliable communication. Also save our reception number at +506-8821-0506. Please bring sunscreen, insect repellent, water shoes, a towel and a swimsuit. An ATV is operated by one person with space for one passenger. A UTV seats several passengers more comfortably. If you booked a 4-person UTV, please advise if you prefer one 4-seater or two 2-seaters. Without notice, we assign based on availability. Your safety is our priority. We provide helmets and goggles, mandatory at all times. Guides will review safety rules and instructions before departure. Rainy season offers lush green landscapes. Dry season brings clear skies and excellent roads. Any season is beautiful. Your booking is for a small-group tour with up to 6 machines. Larger groups: contact us. If your hotel, hostel or condominium is in an area with difficult access the tour operator will give you a strategic meeting point. If you already have a reservation and wish to proceed with this tour: $45 per person, CASH ONLY, to be paid upon arrival at our offices on the day of the tour, before the experience begins.
