Redemption Instructions

Please check in at the Pauley Tours kiosk located in the front parking lot of the Port Charlottetown Cruise Ship Terminal at 1 Weymouth Street, Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island. After entering the terminal from your ship, continue straight to the end of the building and exit through the doors leading to the front parking lot to the left gate E3. Please do not exit to the parking lot on the right side of the terminal, as that area is for tours booked through the cruise ship. Look for our wooden kiosk with blue trim and the Pauley Tours flag beside the waterfront boardwalk past the large Canadian Maple Leaf sign. Guests may present their booking confirmation on a mobile device or bring a printed copy. Please arrive approximately 15 minutes before departure to allow time for check-in and boarding. If you have any difficulty locating the kiosk please ask Staff and volunteers inside Port Charlottetown they are familiar with Pauley Tours and can also point you in the right direction. This tour is open to cruise ship guests, hotel guests, local residents, and visitors staying in the Charlottetown area. Please dress for changing weather conditions and wear comfortable footwear. Layers are recommended, as weather on Prince Edward Island can change throughout the day. There is a café at Green Gables Heritage Place; however, there is no designated lunch stop on this tour. Guests are welcome to bring a drink and snack if desired. The tour departs promptly at the scheduled time. We recommend allowing a few extra minutes to locate the kiosk and complete check-in. Cruise ship guests whose vessel is unable to dock in Charlottetown due to weather, port conditions, or itinerary changes will receive a full refund.
