Visit a De Palm Tours desk at least 24 hours before tour time to confirm the pick-up location and time. Our Hotel Sales Desks hours of operations are from 8:00am - 12:00pm and 1:00pm - 5:00pm. Hotel pickups commence approximately 30 - 60 minutes before listed tour time.
