For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Meeting and Pickup
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your tour, your guide will be holding a green Walks sign. This tour meets at Plaza del Triunfo, 41004, Seville, by the big statue of the Immaculate Virgin in the centre of the square.
Redemption Instructions
- Please arrive 15 minutes before your tour start time for check-in. Out of courtesy to other guests, we’re unable to wait for latecomers. No refunds can be provided for late arrivals or no-shows. - For guests with mobility impairments, the Alcazar has many tiny steps that make the monument hard to navigate in a wheelchair, but it can be done. Please contact our Guest Experience team at info@takewalks.com after booking the tour so we can arrange your visit. - It is advisable to wear comfortable shoes and bring a bottle of water. - In the Alcazar, backpacks must be worn at the front to avoid damaging the tiles. - Tips/gratuities (for your guide) are always appreciated. - Walks and Devour comply with all local government regulations. Please refer to local government guidelines for the most up to date information.
