Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

• Minimum numbers apply. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund. • Weather dependent activity • Cancellation/Refund policy: Any cancellations prior to 48 hours of trip departure receive a full refund less 10% administrative fee. Cancellations within 48 hours of departure receive no refund. If a trip is cancelled due to unsuitable weather conditions a full refund or alternative date is offered.
