Pickup Information

* The meeting point at the Punta Langosta terminal is set in the lighthouse in front of the port, in the vicinity of Starbucks. * At SSA Mexico or Puerta Maya, the meeting point is located in the Plaza Royal Village, specifically in the Martí sports store. * For hotels and Airbnb, the meeting point is defined on the outside of the property. * For passengers arriving from Playa del Carmen by ferry, the meeting point is at the monument of Las Golondrinas, visible on the left as they leave the quay.

**Important:** This tour primarily uses two-seater ATVs (accommodating a driver and a passenger). If the booking involves an odd number of participants (e.g., 3, 5, or 7 people), one participant will need to use a single-seater ATV, for which an additional fee of USD $20 applies. This fee applies only to groups with an odd number of participants.

**Important:** The tour start time is based on local time. A 25-minute grace period is allowed for arrival at the designated meeting point. After this time, the booking will be marked as a "No-Show," and the tour will be forfeited. In such cases, no refunds, date changes, or rescheduling will be permitted, without exception.

**Important:** Please note that the cenote and El Cedral village are not owned or managed by our company. They are part of an ejido park administered by the local authorities, who are fully responsible for its cleaning, maintenance, and overall upkeep. Our company only provides the tour service and pays the required fees to operate at this location.
