2. Start your tour by visiting the iconic windmills and traditional Dutch houses at Zaanse Schans, located just outside Amsterdam. Explore the historic windmills, cheese farms, and clog workshops for a unique Dutch experience. Walking around Zaanse Schans is free. To enter the windmills and museums at Zaanse Schans, you will need a ticket (not included). Note that these windmills and museums close at 5pm.
