Redemption Instructions

Please note that departure times and locations may vary slightly. If that happens, you will be informed. Please make sure to be at the pick-up point 5 minutes prior to the tour start time. Some guidelines are: Wear a hat or cap (in sunny days) Wear comfortable shoes and clothes Eating or drinking (except water) is not permitted inside the vehicle. At your arrival to the Alhambra, your tour guide will handle you your individual and nominative ticket. Keep it safe. That ticket is required to be shown to Alhambra staff about 6 times. Don't forget to bring Passports with. Randomly the Alhambra staff can ask you for your Passports and if you don't show it, they can deny you the entrance to the monument even if you paid your tickets. Enjoy your tour!
