Cruise Ship Terminal Pickup Procedures The driver will arrive at your scheduled pickup time and wait in the bus/limo holding lot, which is just 5 minutes away from the cruise terminal. When you are ready for pickup, proceed to the "Limousine/Shuttle" desk. Inform the terminal dispatcher that you have booked a vehicle.
