Redemption Instructions

Travelers will receive a separate voucher via email or WhatsApp, which must be presented at the Andamanda Phuket Waterpark ticket counter to redeem for entry. Operating Hours: Monday–Sunday, 10:00–19:00 (last admission at 18:00). If hotel transfers are booked, pickup time will be confirmed by email or WhatsApp before your visit. Please be ready and wait at your hotel lobby at the provided time.
