For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Redemption Instructions

• Andamanda Water Park is open daily from 10:00am to 07:00pm. • Transportation service is a shared service and operates based on the schedule set by Andamanda Phuket, and early or late pick-up is possible. • Our operation will contact you by email to reconfirm the hotel and time in advance. • Please plan to meet your driver at your hotel lobby or meeting point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time. The driver will wait for up to 5 minutes before leaving (no refunds after this time). • If you arrive more than 5 minutes late or after we have moved from your hotel, you may be considered a no-show.
