For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

Please show your confirmation email or voucher (printed or digital) to the guide at the time of pickup. You must be ready 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time at your hotel or the agreed meeting point in central Arequipa. If you are staying outside the pickup zone, you will receive instructions on how to meet at a nearby location.

Pickup Information

We will meet at our office: Arequipa Rafting Outdoor Experiences – urbanizacion antonio raimondi A-14, Arequipa, Peru. Look for our team wearing t-shirts with the Arequipa Rafting logo. Your guide will be holding a sign that says “Rafting Río Chili”. Please arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled departure time to check in and receive safety instructions. If you have booked hotel pickup, our driver will meet you at the reception area holding a sign with your name and “Arequipa Rafting” logo.
