Cancellation Policy
All sales are final. No refund is available for cancellations.
Meeting and Pickup
Please arrive 30 minutes before your ATV tour. Once you have parked, head towards the building. There will be a sign for the Dune Buggy activity; this is where you will be greeted by one of our guides.
Redemption Instructions
1. THE MEETING TIME IS 30 MINUTES BEFORE THE TOUR, YOU CAN'T BE LATE. The scheduling is too tight to allow guides to wait for guests who are late as it would cause delays in all our other departures for the rest of the day. 2. You must dress appropriately. • We suggest that you bring an extra change of clothes, for after the excursion. There are some mud puddles and you may get dirty and wet despite the rain gear. • In the winter, the dune buggies are heated but you should wear proper outdoor winter clothing. 3. You must be at the designated meeting point on time.There are no refunds for no-shows or latecomers. 4. Bring your automobile drivers license and visa or mastercard for the $1500 damage deposit/machine.
