Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
- 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
- 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date
Meeting and Pickup
If you arrived on a domestic flight, pick-up in Terminal 2 will be at Pre-Arranged 5. If you are in baggage claim 21-31, please exit outside to the curb, turn right and walk down to Emergency Zone #67, and make another right going around the corner. You should see a seating area with black chairs.
Redemption Instructions
Upon arrival at the Airport, please allow a minimum of 15 min after retrieving luggage & checking in with our office for your shuttle to arrive. Please confirm 24 hrs prior to arrival to ensure a quick and speedy pick-up from the airport. There is an additional fee for golf bags ($20) and surfboards ($30) payable upon airport pickup. Please contact us at (808) 260-9766, 808-551-8600 (WhatsApp), or 1-877-359-4513 when you have all your belongings and you are ready for pick-up. We will guide you from the baggage claim to one of our three pick-up locations.
