Redemption Instructions

Your driver will meet you directly outside of the train station he will be in position 20 minutes after your train arrival time this will give you sufficient time to collect your luggage and meet the driver outside at the pick-up and drop-off area opposite King's Cross station. Please do not cross over the road to King's Cross please stay on the same side of the station. If you are travelling with a cell phone please let us know the number before the travel date so the driver may communicate with you on the day. If for any reason you need to contact the office or cannot locate your driver please call our UK number on 0208 9355116. If waiting time at the train station exceeds 30 minutes from the set pickup time or the train arrival time an additional charge will apply. £8.00 for every 10 minutes plus any additional car park charges. The driver will leave the train station 40 minutes from the train arrival time, If not able to make contact with the passenger, If you experience any delays, Please contact the office as soon as possible to avoid a no-show. Each traveller is allowed a maximum of 1 Big suitcase - 29x21x11 inches / 74x54x28 cm (25 kg to 55 lbs) and 1 Small carry-on bag - 22x14x9 inches / 56x36x23 cm. (15 kg to 35 lbs)

Pickup Information

St Pancras Train Station, After you have collected your luggage, please meet the driver directly outside of the train station opposite King's Cross at the pick-up and drop-off area. Please note It is a 2 to 3-minute walk to the pick-up and drop-off area.
