Your private transfer begins with pickup at the time you indicate from the Cancun airport or your Cancun hotel. Your driver will meet you at the designated meeting point inside the arrival terminal or the lobby of your hotel, then assist you in loading your bags and help you get settled on board your private air-conditioned vehicle. Once you are ready to depart, your driver will take you directly to your final destination, including any Cancun hotel or the Cancun airport. ARRIVALS: Staff will be waiting for you with a sign with our logo. DEPARTURES: One day before your return trip we will send you the confirmation of your reservation to the contact information you provide, to remind you of the time the driver will pick you up at the lobby of the hotel where you are staying. We recommend you to be ready a few minutes before the agreed time, as the driver can only wait 10 minutes at the meeting point.
