Redemption Instructions

Pickup is carried out at your hotel in San Pedro de Atacama. For guests staying outside the urban area of San Pedro de Atacama, the driver will meet you at Plazoleta la Apacheta or another agreed location. Usually, guests staying outside San Pedro who rent a vehicle drive directly to our observation site. On the day of the tour, we will contact you in the morning to add you to a WhatsApp group where the driver will share the pickup order before starting and their live location during the route.
