The experience begins at Tricao Park, a private reserve of more than 100 hectares dedicated to conservation. Its greatest attraction is the largest aviary in South America, home to more than 800 birds of 52 species in free flight. The tour also includes the Giverny Wetland, inspired by Monet's gardens, and the Botanical Garden, with more than 350 plant species. At noon you will enjoy a brunch-style snack before continuing to Viña Undurraga, founded in 1885. There you will tour its centuries-old gardens, vineyards, and wineries, and you can also learn about the Mapuche culture and worldview, the main indigenous people of Chile, to finish with a tasting of four reserve wines.
