Itinerary

1. Monumento a La Pola

At the first stop, travelers will arrive at the Statue of Policarpa Salavarrieta (La Pola), located in the heart of Bogotá. Here, the guide will immerse them in the story of this independence heroine with an energetic and unfiltered narrative. What you will see: The statue of La Pola, a symbol of resistance, with her defiant gaze. Images and visual recreations depicting her life as a spy, her capture, and her execution. Graffiti and cultural references that keep her legacy alive in the city. What you will do: ✅ Listen to a powerful storytelling session about how a young seamstress became a spy and a martyr for independence. ✅ Discover the connection between La Pola and the beer ‘Pola’, understanding how her name was commercially used and what it means today.

2. Plaza Del Chorro Del Quevedo

the viche tasting is an intimate pause to listen to and savor Colombia’s Pacific region. Viche is a traditional alcoholic beverage from the Pacific, handcrafted by Afro-descendant communities, and during this experience three different types of viche will be tasted, each with its own profile and traditional uses. Through the tasting, we will explore its history, ancestral origins, and cultural, ritual, and community value, understanding viche as living memory, resistance, and territory in liquid form.

5. La Trocha - La Casa de la Paz

The final stop of the Anti Tour is La Trocha, a space of living memory and reconciliation. Born out of Colombia’s Peace Agreement, this project has become a place of encounter where travelers can engage in direct conversations with former FARC guerrilla combatants and victims of the armed conflict, hearing their stories firsthand. Alongside craft beer produced as part of the project, this stop invites open dialogue, reflection, and a deeper understanding of how peace is also built through community-based, everyday, and deeply human initiatives.
