For this tour we have meeting points in Cancún, Playa del Carmen and Tulum, people who are in hotels where we do not provide pick-ups (dowtown hotels and Airbnb´s). Please contact the customer service of the tour operator to check if we can pick you up or if we will offer you a meeting point. Please, in case you will go to a meeting point, confirm the location, since you cannot arrive on your own and board the transportation without warning and without having the Boarding Pass that the tour operator will send you.

Pickup Information

Meeting points for travelers that are in downtown hotels and Airbnb’s or any location that we can't reach: Cancun Meeting Point: Marina Puerto Cancun (mall) and Wyndham Garden Cancun Downtown Playa Del Carmen: Plaza Antigua or Plaza Las Perlas (contact customer care for support) Tulum: There is no pick up in any hotel or Airbnb, the meeting point will be at Aloft Tulum (this is the only meeting point available on Tulum area). The pickup time is set according to your location and start at 7:00 am (in Playa del Carmen, pickups start at 09:00 am), the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as possible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service.
