Pickup Information

• Our team will be waiting for you upon your arrival at the airport, holding a sign with your name so you can easily identify them. • The driver can wait for you up to 60 minutes after your scheduled arrival time. • Please inform us of your exact arrival time and flight number; we monitor your flight status to adjust accordingly in case of early arrivals or delays. • Please note that upon arrival, some airport staff may offer to help you with your luggage in exchange for a tip; this is entirely optional. • For your departure transfer, we will schedule your pickup 2 hours before your flight. If you require a different time, please let us know. • This service covers private transfers between Cusco Airport and hotels located in the historic center. Additional costs may apply if you are staying outside this area.
