Redemption Instructions

This service includes 2 hours of viewing time (waiting time) at Stonehenge. If going beyond the 2 hours the additional charge is applicable, paid to the driver in cash on the day, £50 per hour for the Sedan and for the Minivan and the 8 Seater Van will be £60 per hour.  At Stonehenge now the Audio Guides are no longer available to purchase now you will have to go on to the App Store on Apple or Google Store to download the Stonehenge app for free which acts as an Audio Guide and internet access is not required to listen to the Audio Guide once is downloaded. Recommended to download before arriving at Stonehenge. If you are travelling with a cell phone please let us know the number before the travel date so the driver may communicate with you on the day. If for any reason you need to contact the office or cannot locate your driver, please call our Free UK number on 0800 612 8914.

Pickup Information

Hotel Pickup, Please wait at the hotel lobby for collection at the set pickup time and just let concierge or reception desk know, that you are waiting for a private transfer service the driver will make contact with the concierge or reception desk on his arrival. Private Address, The driver will make contact by ringing the doorbell and will be waiting as close as possible to the front door at the set pickup time.
