Redemption Instructions

Your driver will be waiting for you at inside the airport terminal or lobby of your Disneyland hotel holding a sign with your name on it. Make sure to communicate all relevant flight numbers and hotel addresses with us before your arrival. If you require wheelchair accessibility or are carrying oversized baggage, please let us know before you arrive so that we can arrange the appropriate vehicle. Baggage capacity: For up to 1 passenger: 1 piece of checked luggage and 1 piece of carry-on luggage. For up to 2 passengers: 2 pieces of checked luggage OR 2 pieces of carry-on luggage. For up to 3 passengers: 2 pieces of checked luggage and 1 piece of carry-on luggage OR 3 carry-ons OR 1 piece of checked luggage and 2 carry-ons. For 4-5 passengers: up to 4 mid-sized pieces of carry-on luggage. For 6-7 passengers: up to 7 mid-sized pieces of carry-on luggage. For 8 passengers: up to 8 mid-sized pieces of carry-on luggage.

Pickup Information

Your driver will wait for you at your arrival terminal or your hotel lobby with a sign that has your name. Please remember to communicate with us all relevant flight details and hotel names.
