• Comfortable walking shoes are recommended • All Drivers MUST be 21 years of age and older with valid drivers license • Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund. • Not recommended for participants with back problems • Not recommended for pregnant women • Minimum numbers apply. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there is not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund • Not recommended for participants with heart complaints or other serious medical conditions Tour departs within 30 minutes walking distance of the cruise port

Pickup Information

CRUISE PASSENGERS: • Pickup Location: We pick up directly from our booth at The Scooter ATV & Buggy Rental Center located within the Nassau Cruise Port. ⏰ CRITICAL TIMING POLICY (CRUISE): • To keep our tours running on time, the free Port shuttle pickup window is between 8:00 AM – 8:30 AM for the morning tour and 12:00 PM – 12:30 PM for the afternoon tour. • When you exit the ship, walk directly to the Scooter, ATV & Buggy Rental Center (a pink and white building located inside the main Nassau Cruise Port). Look directly for the C&C Scooter Rentals sign above our service window. Our port team will greet you and escort you to our private shuttle van for a quick 5-minute ride to our main vehicle compound to complete your check-in and safety tutorial briefing. We handle everything—including your guaranteed on-time shuttle return back to the port building at the end of your tour! HOTEL & RESORT GUESTS: • Pickup Location: Outside the Main lobby/valet entrance of your resort. • Action Required: Please reply with the Full Name of your Hotel. ⏰ CRITICAL TIMING POLICY (HOTEL): • To keep our tours running on time, hotel pickups begin 45 to 60 minutes before your official tour start time. • We will message you your exact 10-minute pickup window the evening before your tour. • Please note: Because our drivers serve multiple resorts, the van can only wait a maximum of 5 minutes outside your lobby before moving to the next stop. If you miss the shuttle because you were not in place, you will be responsible for getting to the tour activity starting point. There will be no refund! AIRBNB & PRIVATE RENTAL GUESTS: • Pickup Location: Directly at the front curb of your private Airbnb property. • Action Required: All Airbnb travelers must send a current location PIN via WhatsApp directly to +1 (242) 376-8177. • ⚠️ IMPORTANT GPS INSTRUCTION: Please step completely outside and stand firmly in front of your Airbnb property on the main roadside while sending the location pin via WhatsApp. Do not send it from inside the house. This prevents the smartphone GPS network from glitching and accidentally sending our shuttle driver to a hidden backstreet or secondary lane. ⏰ CRITICAL TIMING POLICY (AIRBNB): • Pickups begin 45 to 60 minutes before your official tour start time. • Once we receive your current location pin, we will text-confirm your exact 5-minute pickup window. Please be waiting on the front curb when the shuttle van arrives. If you prefer to meet us directly at the activities starting point, please let us know.
